Dear Sir,
I have recently bought a Iphone 5 from the branch of your store in Winnipeg on November 5. Because of this phone was a gift for my father to celebrate his birthday, I didn’t open the box to check before I gave it to my father. Unfortunately , when my father opened the box and going to turn it on. The phone didn’t have any response although we charging it to turn on. So that we went to the branch of your store and asked for help. When we arrived the store and I was trying to ask for help, there were a staff was rude on me. He said the phone was broke by ourselves and it was our fault, so your company won’t give us any deserve.
I’m writing to you in hopes that you will teach them how to be polite to customer. As I am a customer and I’m going to shop in your store to buy something for my parents and I got something problem on the product which I want to fix it. Why they were rude on me. It is unacceptable. To solve this problems, I think you can fire that staff or make a course for them which teach them need to be polite on customer . Therefore, you can rich more customer to buy your product.
